This site was created to connect and re-connect with our Fellow MHS CLASS OF 1960 "STING '60's"(even those who have not or will not be attending the reunions).

Our goal is to make this site a Connection to all Sting '60's, a way to communicate pirvately and a scrapbook of memories for all classmates and their families. Our site is private!

In order to access the pages that are password protected on this site, you must JOIN the site and set up a profile by providing your primary email addresss & creating your own password.

TO BEGIN: locate and click on the "Missing Classmates" link in the left column, then - on the next page - find your Name and click on it.  On the following page click JOIN HERE and on the following pages follow the prompts to create your LOG IN EMAIL, a PASSWORD and then follow the prompts to create your PROFILE.

We collect E-mail and mailing addresses on the DETAILS Page for Class Records and in the event that we need to contact you by e-mail, snail mail or phone. This information on your DETAILS Page is visible to Site Admins ONLY, will not be visible to fellow classmates and your information will never be given to other classmates unless you enter your CONTACT information again on your PROFILE Page in the appropirate slots and check [./] the box next to only what you want seen.

You can Edit your Contact Info, Profile Page, re-set your Notify Me preferences and Password, and send Private Messages via the Message Center anytime by using those links under MEMBER FUNCTIONS in the left column.  Our special security feature automatically blocks the public, all external search engines and spy-bots from accessing your Details and your Profile. 

We encourage you to add either your yearbook Picture or a current picture to your profile as a master photo. This photo will be displayed in various areas around the site when you post or reply to a comment. It's also helpful to upload a "Now" photo, and a "Then" photo. Classmates will enjoy seeing how you've changed and so they can recognize you at the Reunion! 

If your name is not already on the site, but you were part of the Miami Senior High High School Class of 1960, click CONTACT US with all your details: Name, Snail mail address, Email address, Phone number(s), and you will be added as soon as possible. {The Back-Office Hamsters don't run all night}

Updates: If you change your email address, snail mail address, or phone number, please update your Contact Info A.S.A.P. so we have up-to-date information. That way you'll always be in the know about what your fellow STING '60's are up to!

Passwords:  Passwords do not need to be the high security style recommended for some sites. Choose something simple that you are certain you will remember. Please make note of your password and keep it in a safe place, {NOT on a Yellow Sticky Thingy stuck next to your computer!} 

If you forget your password simply click on "Forgot Password". If you have several email accounts, and you don't remember the one you used to set-up your account, Click CONTACT US on the upper left under the School Picture to send us a note. This could take a while so please be patient. {The Back-Office Hamsters don't work weekends or holidays either}

All contact information (address, phone number, e-mail address) that you enter into this website will be kept confidential. The host of this web site, ClassCreator.com, is a locally-owned business. They understand the importance of your privacy. Your personal information will never be sold to other sites. It will not be shared or distributed.

Your contact information is private; Your street address, e-mail address, and phone number cannot be seen by any STING '60 unless you enter your CONTACT DETAILS again on your Profile Page and check [./] the  box next to what you want seen.  We have automatically restricted the visibility of your profile to only fellow Class of '60 Stingarees who have joined the site and are logged in. This protects you and hides your profile and private information from being visible to non-members and cannot be indexed by major search engines or spy-bots.

Emails may be exchanged within this site; by clicking - Send { name } a private message under the classmate's main photo in the upper left. This way you will be able to contact other STING '60's without sharing your private email address, unless you choose to do so when completing the CONTACT DETAILS on your profile page and checking [./] the box next to what you want to share.

For those of you with spam blocking or email filtering capabilities, please add noreply@classcreator.net to your email account as a safe sender in order to ensure you receive Email communications from us. 

Participation on This Website is Voluntary; - if you do not wish to participate on this site your name, and all information including your picture(s) on this site may be removed by clicking CONTACT US in the upper left under the School Picture and advising us to do so. 

This will end all communications to you from the Miami Senior High School Class of 1960 Official Website unless you ask that special arrangements be made.

To contact a fellow STING '60 Use the "Send { name } a private message" link under the classmate's main photo in the upper left of their profile page. This feature will allow open communication between Classmates, while protecting your personal information. This way you can contact classmates without sharing your private email address, unless you choose to do so when completing the Contact Details on your Profile Page and checking [./] the box next to what you want them to see. If you wish to share your email address or other personal information within a message written by you on our site, the site will not block you from doing so and it will be private between you and the classmate messaged.

The wonderful part about this site is that it came pre-setup by Class Creator. We just had to enter a class list prepared over the years by your Hard Working, Ever-Lovin' Reunion Committee. The site assembles a missing list for us, based solely on the names of people who don't have profiles; so until you have a profile, the site will consider you "missing".  It also has a section that shows where all the joined Sting '60's live. Neat, Hunh?

Also, please note: We need your help to connect with EVERY MHS Class of 1960 STINGAREE. If you have information about any STING '60, listed or not listed, please Click CONTACT US on the upper left under the School Picture to send us a note with all you know.

Most importantly if you have information about or know of a Deceased STING '60 who is not on our MEMORIUM LIST, click on the IN MEMORIUM link on the upper left under the School Picture. and click the link, both at the top or bottom that says:

If you are aware of a Classmate who should be added to this page please let us know.

Fill in all the information you have and click SUBMIT. 

This will get it to us for inclusion on the MEMORIUM page.

Adding current pictures is not a requirement to participate on the site, but it certainly is a nice way to get to know people again. We've had reports of classmates who were routinely running into each other without knowing it, because...well....we've all changed just-a-tiny-little-bit over the years! 

Filling in the photo slots at the top of your Profile:

• Click "Edit Profile" under MEMBER FUNCTIONS.
• Roll your cursor over the Master Photo, Then, Now, or Yearbook photo silhouette (note you cannot upload a yearbook photo if one has already been provided)
• Click "Select Photo" displayed in the upper right corner of photo, then click the "Upload a New Photo" button.
• Select the desired photo from your hard drive. You will then be given an opportunity to crop the photo for a perfect fit.

Adding large "Profile Gallery Images" to your Profile:

• Clicked "Edit Profile" under MEMBER FUNCTIONS.
• Click the photo tab in the upper right corner of your Profile.
• You will see any images previously uploaded here. Click the "Upload a New Photo" button to add more.
• Click to select images you wish to display on your Profile. All images with a green check mark will display. Click again to not display, and the green check mark will disappear.
• To add a caption under your images, roll over any image and select "Edit Details". Enter your caption and press save.
• You can adjust the display order of your photos by simply dragging and dropping them into the positions of your choosing.
