Fred and I were good friends at Miami High. He was a DeMolay brother of mine. He was a Navy veteran - qualified in Submarines as did I. Never served together. Hooked up again briefly when was discharged from the Navy. Lost touch when I moved to Nashville in 1971. He was one reason I was attending the reunion. Too many others that I would have enjoyed seeing one more time.
